Commercial documents
To actively do business in the UAE, UK based companies must first have their commercial documents attested by the Embassy in London in order to meet the acceptance of documents laid down by the UAE authorities.
Commercial Documents included in this process are:
Contracts, Certificates of Origin, Power of Attorney, Invoices, Memorandum/Articles and other UK company registered documents.
Please note that certain commercial documents may need the representative of the company to be in attendance for the Solicitor or Notary Public action (we will advise).
The U.A.E Embassy require that commercial documents must be processed in the following manner
- 1. Verified by Solicitor or Notary Public
- 2. British Foreign Office (FCO) to obtain Apostille
- 3. U.A.E Embassy for legalisation
PLEASE COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM TO ADVISE US OF THE TYPE OF COMMERCIAL DOCUMENT/S THAT YOU WISH TO LEGALISE IN ORDER THAT WE CAN ADVISE YOU.
