- Original Document/s (PDF copies may be acceptable - we will advise)
- A copy of the passport information page of each person relating to the document/s that need to be legalised

Please note: The documents listed below do not require stamping by a Notary (they only require an FCO apostille):
- UK Birth Certificate - original or certified copy issued directly by the General Registry Office (Photocopies or screenshots are not acceptable to the FCO)
- UK Marriage Certificate – original or certified copy issued directly by the General Registry Office (Photocopies or screenshots are not acceptable to the FCO)
- UK Police Clearance Certificate – must be original
- UK Death Certificate – must be original
- UK Medical Report signed by a UK Registered Doctor - must be original
- Power of Attorney (Arabic) - must have statement from Notary "this is a power of attorney"

A good PDF copy is usually sufficient but the Notary may require you to produce the original
