Applications for visa must be made on line and the completed application form sent to our office for submission.

Note: Instructions on completing the online application form: Clicking the link below takes you to an online registration process. You should make a note of the "Temporary Application ID" there before proceeding as this may save you re-entering information again if there is a problem! On completion you can save / print the form, sign it and return it to our office. There is sometimes a Security Certificate error accessing the application form site. You can proceed with caution or contact our office if you are in doubt. |
